hitoshi hida immigrated from japan to hawaii 1961 and has been hand drawing architectural renderings for over 4 decades. he has been recording the views of kaimuki since 1976. preserving the history and culture of each iconic corner.
 
kaimuki, filled with small pop and mom shops and cafes, and old plantation style homes, there is always something to love about this cozy town.
