Workshop Description
1 day workshop With Etsuko Kubota All levels welcome, Ages 18+ In this workshop, taught by Etsuko Kubota, students will learn the art of Japanese nerikiri (melt-in-your-mouth confections made with bean paste and molded into cute designs). Etsuko will demonstrate and each student will make two of their own nerikiri to take home. Come and learn about this beautiful Japanese tradition and try your hand at making your own.
